Moving from development to production, NetSoft understands that there is no single way to implement a project, many unique characteristics affect the implementation process, such as complexity. The key at this stage is early planning and creating an implementation schedule describing the activities to be executed. Open channels of communication also ensure smooth implementation.
NetSoft’s implementation phase begins once the pilot testing process has been completed. During this phase, NetSoft’s experts install the production system in the appropriate production environment and provide clients with the initial user training classes and an implementation schedule for each module.
NetSoft consultants will provide user documentation to the client and will sit down with clients to review and evaluate the implementation process. NetSoft commits to client satisfaction – together with our clientele, we review our key objectives and create a project summary. We note items that can be improved and document extremely effective techniques. This enables our continuous improvement and ongoing client satisfaction. Lastly, a methodology compliance report is finished.
