- Course Retakes
If for any reason students are unsatisfied with NetSoft’s training experience, we will allow the student retake the course when it is next offered. Students may retake the entire course or only a particular section, based on seating availability. - Course Credits
If you decide a course is not for you after the first day, a NetSoft Admissions Representative will gladly offer you a credit to take another course of equal or lesser value, at your convenience. - Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee

A Quality Experience
Transfer: If you are unable to attend a course in which you have enrolled—for any reason—you may transfer the course to someone else, as long as you provide one week’s notification to NetSoft.
Course Credit: If you are unable to attend and do not want to substitute, contact NetSoft’s Customer Service Department at 905.812.2923. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable credit that you may apply to any future NetSoft training courses for up to one full year from your original training date. Some restrictions may apply.
Full Refund: If you are unsatisfied after attending the first day of your training course, please contact a NetSoft Admissions Representative. Refunds can be authorized on the day of cancellation, depending on the length of the training course. Tuition can be applied to future NetSoft trainings or you may receive a full refund. Please note that you will have to return any course-related books/materials to qualify for the refund. NetSoft will not offer full or partial refunds for complimentary courses.
