NetSoft’s pilot procedures comply with Microsoft’s effective, standardized pilot testing process; it is comprised of three distinct sub-phases: remote system monitoring, on-site computer monitoring, and testing networking components. We provide well-formulated and problem-free solutions. NetSoft conducts trials in the client’s environment to pinpoint a realistic diagnosis. Thorough testing employs the assistance of a few of our client’s employees. No more than eight will be incorporated to maintain routine operations.

During the pilot testing phase, NetSoft professionals give the product a ‘real-world’ test and collect relevant data based on the results of this test. NetSoft synchronizes its pilot testing program with the client’s product development cycle. This coordination enables us to supply useful deliverables, accurate pilot testing plans, pilot testing reports (including performance data), and a record of configuration changes.

Pilot testing allows NetSoft’s consultants to create precise picture of how NetSoft’s solution will actually perform in the client’s environment. Valuable user feedback also can assist NetSoft with refining the system to meet the client’s needs and minimize potential problems. Additionally, our experts monitor the processes and document findings and employee feedback. We want to make certain that all system components run as designed, smoothly and efficiently.

NetSoft adheres to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library’s (ITIL®) concepts and practices.
